State of South Carolina Awards Surplus Management Contract to InCircuit Development.
Columbia, SC, June 19, 2008 - InCircuit Development, a leading provider of enterprise asset management solutions, today announced that it has been awarded a surplus management system contract by the South Carolina Budget and Control Board on behalf of the General Services Division of Surplus Property. This award will include data conversion and comprehensive functionality for end to end management of both State and Federal Surplus Programs within the State.
InCircuit's Surplus Management Suite will facilitate online processing of surplus transactions and approvals, as well as the receiving of all State and Federal property into the central facility. The InCircuit solution is a comprehensive property management system including advanced property and warehouse management, a comprehensive Federal Surplus module, transfer and workflow automation, and functionality to facilitate inventory, reconciliation, and reporting. The contract also includes an integrated Web Surplus module with online tools to make surplus equipment available for reassignment to other state and non-profit entities.
