With the click of a button, surplus property can be posted to an online auction. The familiar, easy-to-use format is designed to maximize exposure and the money you make selling surplus. And because you own the software, the sales commissions are ZERO – you keep it all. 

Our online auction software is completely integrated into the asset and surplus management systems. This means item descriptions and history automatically transfer to the posting, and all sales proceeds can be written back to the asset records.

Online Listing & Images – Post your assets online through integration with AssetWorks' Asset Management, manually or through a bulk upload - including images. You can even predefine special listing formats for certain categories, such as vehicles.

Flexible Searching - Bidders can easily find what they are seeking through the user-friendly interface including category organization and an Advanced Search function. They can even search by Region, Zip Code or Zip Code Radius to find items close to them.

Bidder Profile Management – The Contacts module manages every aspect of the bidder’s information online, including billing information. This function also allows different access levels for bidders, making it possible for you to run a closed or private auction.

Customizable Bid-Type – By administering an online auction, you have the choice to customize bid types on each particular asset. Define bid types on the asset level as standard, dutch, fixed price, reserve price, or many more options. You can also set a minimum bid to protect yourself from losses.

Flexible Payment Options – Options include Pay-at-Pickup, Batch Payments, Instant Checkout, or we can hand-off payment to your credit card provider. Live checkout and invoice functionality provides the capability for payment as soon as your bidders are ready. Customizable invoicing forms mean we can match your existing requirements and create title-invoices for vehicles.

Customizable Storefronts - Create additional storefronts to facilitate sales in regional locations or for "as-is, where-is" sales of large items.
