Fleet Management
Fleet vehicles and equipment are a major component of any organization's asset investment. InCircuit's Fleet Management application includes comprehensive functionality for tracking vehicles and equipment. The Fleet Management functionality includes driver authorization and history, personal assignment and approval, vehicle usage logs, preventative maintenance, and much more. Our online submittal and approval features make access easy, and reporting of maintenance and fuel entries a snap.
Preventative Maintenance
InCircuit's Fleet Management application attaches a maintenance schedule to each vehicle record. The administrator defines and edits maintenance schedules, and associates them with specific vehicle types.
When a user enters monthly vehicle data, the flags for required maintenance are automatically updated and are shown on the Required Maintenance report. This report is run at any time for an up-to-date list of required and overdue maintenance, as well as utilization and cost of ownership analysis.
The Fleet Management application also includes data integration utilities that automatically load fuel usage and maintenance data from other systems already in operation.
