Counter Sales
InCircuit's Counter Sales application provides all the tools necessary to sell surplus property in a retail setting. Self Serve Shopping: Saves Time and Eliminates Errors
By supplying customers with bar code scanners, Counter Sales makes shopping in the warehouse a snap. The same bar codes assigned during receiving are used to create real time shopping carts for warehouse customers. Users return the scanners to checkout stations where customer eligibility and verification are completely automated. During checkout, warehouse personnel can modify pricing or order details on the spot, generating immediate partial or complete invoicing. The system even knows if the purchasing contact must retag the items for state service, and creates transfers to the purchasing agency to facilitate that process.
Integrated Warehouse
Complete integration with the Warehouse and other optional sales modules allows seamless communication between all forms of sales and customer registration, eliminating errors and minimizing administration. Once sold, inventory records are immediately updated with all appropriate disposition information. Complete Bill of Sale, Invoicing, and Reporting features are also available, in both standard and custom formats.
