Manual Auction
The Manual Auction Module includes comprehensive functionality to create, conduct, manage and report on traditional onsite auctions. The application is completely integrated into the asset management system, and includes field-proven functionality for every aspect of preparing, conducting, and closing property auctions.
Scanner-based lotting means you can create auction lots in the field with user-friendly scanner software. Lot data is automatically sent to the server, where it can be edited and updated at any time on the PC. When the lots are finished, the system prints you're custom catalog for auction day.
The Auction Contacts Module manages every aspect of bidder information. Bidders can pre-register for auctions during the viewing period, saving critical time on auction-day. The registration process is very easy; Search the database for bidders by any field, and once a match is made, click Register to sign him up for the current auction. If the bidder is new, data entry is quick and easy.
Once the Auction has begun, sales entry is fast and accurate. Live checkout and invoice functionality provides the capability for payment as soon as your bidders are ready. The customizable invoicing forms mean we can match your existing requirements and create title-invoices for vehicles.
Running-totals reports are available for every aspect of the auction providing quick access to real-time information. Towards the end of the auction, these reports are very useful in determining the status of auction sales, checkout, payment, and item pickup.
Because the Auction Module is an integral component of the Asset Management System, closing the auction is a snap. When the auction is complete, just click on the Close Auction button and you're done. The software reconciles all sales and posts the appropriate disposition information to every asset sold on the auction.
Scanner applications are available to use during item-pickup and loading. Pre-loaded with all auction results, the scanners provide quick and easy verification of Lot-to-buyer and item-to-lot relationships to eliminate pilfering and loading errors.
