Warehouse Management allows you to create customized inventory to track every detail of your surplus property. Our standard location tracking is completely customizable, incorporating your existing model right into the software. Unlimited user-defined fields and built-in quick-search utilities provide easy access to manage records on your terms. Our no-nonsense approach to warehouse management means you'll have a user-friendly system, powerful enough to meet your toughest demands, but simple enough for your warehouse personnel use effectively.
Our Cycle Counting eliminates the need for cumbersome annual physical counts, while Auto Tagging creates inventory items even for "non-tagged" property. As items are received into the warehouse, the system assigns and prints individual tag numbers for every item, even for bulk receipts. This lets you track each item individually, using the warehouse tags for auction lotting, counter sales, cycle counting, and many other forms of automated inventory management.
Automated Transfer Management: Start Tracking Property Before It Even Arrives
InCircuit's Transfer module allows agencies to log into the system and submit surplus transfers online. Warehouse Management lets you monitor the pipeline of incoming property as soon as the agencies post it. The built-in Scheduling Utilities take the guesswork out of workload planning and coordinating pickup or delivery with the donating agencies. Once on the dock, warehouse personnel use bar code scanners to match property against original Surplus Transfer documents, confirming receipt and reconciling against the agency documentation. Online receiving means immediate confirmation of surplus transfers and the elimination of time consuming paperwork processing.
InCircuit's Warehouse Management application is provided as an application service, not just another software module. As a service, we are your IT resource for database management, version control, backup administration, performance monitoring, technical support, and everything concerning the application. Our security is second to none, offering complete access to data at all times. We even provide a duplicate database at your site if desired. The system administration and technical support, however, are both provided as part of the product.
